Shipping & Returns

Guarantee:

Candlelish guarantee that your product (s) will arrive in good condition, without defects, or we will replace the product at our expense. 

Shipping:
Free shipping is valid on retail orders to one contiguous U.S. address that totals $50 or more after any discounts or promotions. All other contiguous U.S. retail orders under $50 is based on weight and delivery . 
 
Customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred to re-ship an order due to incorrect address entry. 

Return and Exchange Policy:

 

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive a damaged item, if the product isn't working properly, if you didn't receive your order or if you have questions about a pending order, contact us immediately via email: sales@candlelish.com

If you received your product (s) in excellent condition and want to make a return, you have up to 14 days after purchase date to initiate a return. No returns will be accepted after 14 days. Buyers must pay the shipping fee to return products to North Carolina. Products must be like new, gently used, and in the original packaging to qualify for a merchandise credit, exchange or refund.

 

We will not accept candles that were burned halfway down, fully-burned, or half-empty room spray bottles and used bar soaps.

 

If the product malfunctions or does not perform properly when used as directed, contact us right away. Submit photos or videos to support your claims and we will send a replacement or issue a refund. Please follow correct candle burning instructions for optimal performance.
